We had a small leak under our sink and we ignored it for years and it ended up becoming a huge disaster of a water filled kitchen. After hiring Water Damage R Us, they helped with the clean up process, mold under the sink, and gave us tips on how to prevent mold in all areas of the house. For example, to prevent mold from growing, you will need to keep humidity levels below 40-45 percent and one of our mistakes under the sink was not maintaining adequate moisture levels and we did not allow good air circulation or use dehumidifiers in our AC system (proof from mold growing in other areas of the house). Water Damage R Us really knows what they are doing and have lots of information for all aspects of water damage, mold and other services they offer.
