We met Juan through our neighbor’s referral. He impressed us from the first meeting through his punctuality, his sincerity, his meticulousness. He took a lot of time to measure the house to both eliminate waste of materials and proper cost estimation. He came with us to stores, helped us pick the materials and delivered them to our home. He checked with us on regular basis about the delivery of the rest of the materials. He came on time, did not waste a single minute, worked efficiently and patiently and also helped move some big furnitures. He was very considerate when our kids were running up and down the stairs when he was working.He was so engrossed in his work somedays that we have seen him skip his lunch. He finished his work one day earlier than estimated. He made sure all the tools were properly stored and cleaned up everyday after work. Our floor looks gorgeous and we are very happy with his work. His work was so perfect that we felt that nothing more could be done to the floors than this. We could have never picked a better person to work on our home than Juan.
