I recently completed a total home remodeling project using a variety of contractors (electrical, hvac, plumbing etc). I used All Pro to do the all of the plumbing rework on the project. Upon completion of the project there was a leak in the shower that All Pro installed, I called and asked that they come back and repair to leaky pipe that they had installed. They did so promptly and while the repair men were on site they called to tell me that the part needed to complete the repair was a part that was in the shower fixture that I could buy myself at a local store. I purchased the part and did the repair myself. I then received a bill from All Pro for the repair stating that I owed them $95 for the repair that I completed myself. When I called to dispute the charge All Pro assumed no responsibility for the break. I told them that there would have been no reason for the return trip if they had tested the pipes and shower upon installation which they obviously had not done (the break was quite obvious). The owner of the company told me that if I did not pay the repair bill he would put a lein on my house and hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation. When I called back to discuss the matter further the owner became quite angry and hung up the phone again. I would never use All Pro again and would not recommend them to anyone.
