I placed and order for front touch bottom board for LG range / oven, Tracy informed me it will take one week, refusing to double check the Model # that I gave him, so he make me waiting all those days, first not sure I will receive the right part, 2nd the part did not arrive in 7 days, when I called on 7/27, he was very rood, and he hang up the phone on me, then called threaten to cancel.
Resolution Sought: I need to be compensated for the time wasted, living in house with no Range / oven to cook, if I order now I will waste more days waiting for the order, Tracy has to confirm the order and call me when he receive it, with apology.
