This company displayed horible customers service on their repair practice and customer service. We were involved in a vehicle accident and decided to go through the service of the party at fault's insurance company. This company was referred by a very reputable insurance Company. When leaving the vehicle, we were advised of the repairs, costs (under $300 for parts) and a written estimate was provided. This took place on a thursday. We contaced this company on monday and found that our vehicle would not be ready until at least thursday or friday, due to the part not arriving from the manufacturer. This company, eventhough this company never took the intiative to notify us for updates. My wife decided to call a week later on a friday about 9am. Through our conversation we asked to speak to the manager. The manager told us that they would find out at 11am where our part for our vehicle was. The managerr stated he would personally take care of the matter and we would hear from them by 11am. he afternnon came and we called the manager who was upset with our mood. He subsequently told us to pick up our vehicle and get it off my property. Durng t his whole time the insurance representative wss notified of all that was happening. The insurance company apologized and dircted us to find the services of another auto repair company. its been 12days and still no car. I find it hard to believe we are the olny bad rating on this company. We think people dont take the initiative to write a review regarding compnaies they do business with.
