My air conditioner was not working. They came over as promised. Had to replace two capacitors. Total charge almost $400. Asked the repair man for a breakdown but wouldn't give it to us. They have a set rate including labor and parts etc he tells us. I opened the air conditioner and googled the parts, cost for each part around $15. Took less than an hour to figure out what was wrong plus to install. Great service but the prices are way too high.
