I did the mistake of having this company do the work on my roof. It all started out in January of this year. I signed the loan documents with an interest rate of 13.99% and informed the company I could not have the work done until April, when April came around they came out again to have me sign loan docs and the interest rate was now at 14.99%. They told me the first papers I signed had been a couple of months ago and the rates have gone up. Well the first day they were hear my phone line was broke, the second day they broke 2 of my windows, the third day they used my trash can and the trash company refused to pick it up due to the material they put in it. Getting my window replaced with them was a nightmare in itself. To top it off the Production Manager John Fitzmaurice is giving me a gift card for all the problems we had. I will not refer this company to anyone I know due to all the problems I had with them.
