My mother was dealing with this company to have windows put in and they said they would be here between 6pm and 7pm. And why so late with the times. The called that night saying that the guy who was measuring the windows was stuck in traffic and asked to reschedule. They did for the next day for 2pm. I took time off work to stay home for my mother and they never showed. I called them and they said that they were waiting for the approval to go ahead with the windows and that they were going to call at the end of the day to tells us that we had to wait for them till Monday. I asked them why they could not have called sooner to tells us this so I was able to go to work. I took off the day before as well to stay home with my mom. They still said they were going to call us at the end of the day. Why do I have to miss 2 days of work on there failure to call in the morning instead of during the evenings. Other then that they are nice. Especially Ms Karen.
