This is an operation run by salesmen and marketeers, they will make you want to change your phone number, move to a different city!! they are well trained scam artists, they will keep on calling you at all hours, they have no regards for privacy. they don't really know the work they are selling, the teams they send out to do the actual work are rude and unprofessional and will make you life a living hell!
You will end up paying extra to another contractors just to get the job they started to be finished properly. you will never be satisfied with their work couse they are all big words no expertize.
the customer service is working just fine when it comes to issuing payment invoices, but for your complaints - no one free to take the call!!
just beware!
