Rude and incompetent customer service

I have been requesting a lien payoff letter from them that was never received by DMV to clear my title. I have called their customer service repeatedly with no resolution. They tell me up to 3 days to fax the letter- it has now been 7 days and I called a few times a day. Every call they tell me they will put in the request and it will take up to 3 days to receive- for the one and only request I have asked for!! The reps get rude with me, one even hung up on me....the one supervisor I got speak with was rude as well. As much as I love my Hyundai, I will never buy another one because I will never deal with Hyundai motor finance again.
