I am very impressed with this company! I found them by searching the BBB Website for Heating & Air Conditioning Repair in my area & found IG Heating & Air, at this time, has a AA rating. I called in the evening & they were very prompt in showing up to address my problem the next morning. I was having trouble with the fan that distributes the heat & air conditioning into my home. Other companies I contacted about my problem said I needed to replace the heat/air units at thousands of dollar cost. IG Heating informed me that the fan needed replaced. I was informed that they would obtain a fan & get back to me. A few hours later Frank showed up with the new fan & proceeded to remove the old & install the new fan. Since this is an old unit it was very difficult to remove the old fan but Frank stuck with it & took his time. He said he would rather take the time to do it right and not damage the rest of the unit. It took him over 2 hours to replace the fan & get it hooked up and working. I must say as I’m sitting here writing this the air conditioning hasn’t worked this good in a long time. The new fan is distributing the air much better & I’m sure that alone will save me in energy cost. Frank was very patient & never lost his cool working on this project. The cost to me to replace the fan was in the neighborhood of what I expected. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others or call them for any future work I may need.
