Ridiculous

After having a company before J&M Painting come assess our damage and getting bad vibes we unfortunately settled on Mike. He was super nice, and seemingly honest. We had a little of mold to clean, which isn't covered by insurance, so he was making more money. Mike got us in very quick for initial clean, and back even quicker for patching and paint. I mentioned to him it looked off, color and texture, but was insure that it was just the wet paint. Since there is a "year warranty" on his work, I figured it wasn't a big deal.
I shot him a text explaining how it needed to be fixed with no response. Fine. So I called him the next day. Nothing. No call back. Finally caught him within the next few days. He told me he'd come 2 days from then in the AM. NOTHING! No call. No show! I went out of town so put his on the back burner, got back and started again. FINALLY got through to him since he's obviously incapable of responding to voicemails, and he was sick blah blah. That still doesn't warrant lack of communication. Not to a true professional at least! He said he would be there Wed or Thurs. Who would have thought he still wouldn't show!? I called him back PISSED naturally and he told me he had us on the books for that Tuesday (a wk AFTER when he said he'd be there) and he'd call me Monday to confirm time... Needless to say, still no call. Still no fix.
