Company does good work,but doesn't necessarily want to listen to customers ideas.
For example:
#1 Would have covered over rotten wood in a shower remodel job if customer didn't say anything.
#2 Did not want to listen to customer about putting a shower head in the center of the shower area.Would have let it stay to the side,where you would have had to lean against the wall to rinse off.And,charged to correct this mistake.
