IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR - AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!
The young, unprofessional employees are more concerned with driving your car out of the service-bay, than changing your oil. My 2007 Saturn Sky Redline was damaged by an employee, after he sped through their parking lot and drove it up onto the curb.
Luckily, I was standing outside and witnessed the damage. Afterwards, I was handed a telephone, supposedly with the "District Manager" on the other end. He told me to call in two days (after Thanksgiving) and he would arrange his bodyshop to handle the repairs. I called twice, leaving voicemails, with no reply.
After reporting the incident to my insurance company, Jiffy Lube still waited several months to reimburse for the repairs. They never offered an apology either.
I tried to save a few bucks by going to Jiffy Lube instead of my dealership and paid the price. If you have a nice car or demand professional customer service, DON'T GO TO JIFFY LUBE...THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!
