I had heard GREAT things about this body shop in Upland but decided to check the BBB prior to taking my car there but frankly I was confused by the review on line. It did not match what we had heard about this body shop. My husband & I still decided to take it there as all other references we had of past customers were GREAT! People swore by his work! We dropped off our silver 2010 Infiniti QX56 mid June & just picked it up yesterday! I am elated by their work. The staff was professional & work was done as promised(and even better)! When we picked up our car, the manager had all the damaged parts laid out to show us each piece that was replaced. I was impressed & he stated this is his normal procedure for releasing cars to his customers. We took the car to Metro Infiniti in Montclair just to be 100% sure of the job done & the guy that inspected the work said " on a scale of 1-10...I give it a 10". I am very happy with the job that was done & will DEFINITELY recommend Masterpiece Auto to anyone in need of a great job on the car they love. My car is my baby & I do not trust it with anyone! I now know I have a lifetime " Car Doctor" for my baby! They offer a lifetime warranty on their work & that is a trustworthy job! The facility is immaculate and for a woman coming into a body shop I felt secure to leave my car in great hands.
