I am sorry this customer feels that he was not taken care of. We try hard to diagnose issues properly and give the customer the option that will solve his issue not just temporarily relieve the symptom. As this customer stated we returned the $59 service fee and we hope that he is satisfied with the repairs he had done by another company. We are not about just making money, that is why we try to inform the customer that short term fixes are not long term solutions and often times in the long run cost you more money. We give 100% satisfaction guarantees in writing and stand behind them. Our technicians are all clean, professional and knowledgeable and have 10 to 30 years of experience. Our rating with the BBB would not be an (A) if we were not treating customers properly. We are not perfect, but we do our best to satisfy every customer.
