Doug Henkin represents himself as a professional. He lures you in with pictures of professional projects he states he has completed, a smile and a coupon. However, what he delivers is quite the opposite. A simple project, that should have taken a maximum of 1 week, turned out to be several.
Additionally, the quality of the work was less then what should have been delivered at these prices. The whole exercise of this program was to keep my extremely busy husband from doing the job himself. However, the quality of the work was so poor, I find my husband re-doing the whole project himself. This is not acceptable and I wish that someone else had stepped up to the plate to review his lack of accountability before. It would have saved me money and the embarrassment of my husband paying someone who was less than competent.
Next time, he should deliver what he promises.
