I have been playing the NetDragon Websoft game EUDemons for about 6 months now and I have to say the customer service has been lackluster. They promise new features and give us a date but fail to make their deadline, their "24/7" live support is never online to help out and when it is the most you get out of it is, "We will forward your complaint to the GMs, have a nice day." and nothing is ever done.
The GMs themselves who are in charge of maintaining the servers are on at most once a month. On my server we even have a competition as to who has the most GM sightings, I'm winning with 3 over a 6 month period, everyone else is at 1 or 2.
Hackers and scammers run rampant and TQ does nothing about it because according to their TOS they say they don't have to.
They do things that they are told by most players is a bad idea, currently they are getting ready to merge some of their servers, 59% of the players on those servers think it is a bad idea, 40% don't know about because of the lack of communication from TQ, and only 1% of the players thinks it is a good idea.
The only way you ever get any form of communication with them is from their site in the once a week updates, otherwise they ignore you.
