I contracted Novatec, to add a 1,700 sq. ft. addition onto my existing house in los Angles. They added a new family room, 3 bedrooms and a master bathroom. Parts of the existing house were also remodeled and a few rooms were expanded. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quick response from them on any issues that came up during the process. If they told me they would get something done in a certain time frame, that’s what happened. They were very easy to reach and easy to work with during the construction. The part I’m most impressed with is that Novatec finished the entire job on schedule, and stuck to the original budget with the exception of a few changes I made during the final phases of the job.
I plan on remodeling a rental house I own in the near future and I will definitely use Novatec again. I worked with 3 other contractors before choosing them for my house. I won't have to go through this process next time.
