We wanted to thank you for a job well done! We are so pleased with our sunroom and patio cover. I knew from the first meeting we had with you that you were the contractor that we wanted wanted to work with. You were very detailed in your explanation to us about how the room would be built and how the foundation and cement work would be done and how the patio would be constructed. When we had questions you listened and had answers for all our concerns. You gave us confidence that our room would be exactly as we expected and you came through for us. Your crew, headed by Miguel, was professional and clean. They worked so very hard to get the roof finished when there was the threat of rain. The work they did on our sunroom was precise and the work on the patio cover was the same. They worked long hours to be sure our project was on schedule. We appreciated you coming out to our work site to be sure everything was progressing in a timely manner. The work in the sunroom was completed and Miguel and Jose came back to do the finishing work because the fan and lights were on back order. The crew that did the cement work for the foundation and patio were, again, professional and the work beautifully done. They not only did the cement work, but also moved drains so we would not have to worry about excess water around our new sunroom. Thank you again for a job beautifully done! We had a wonderful experience with no stress during the entire project. We would highly recommend Patios By B & B to anyone who needs construction of a sunroom or patio. We are truly going to enjoy our new sunroom.
