I'm not too happy with this companies customer service. Only way to contact is through e-mail and they haven't yet responded to my question despite multiple e-mails. I ordered dvd's on 3/25/08 and my card was charged 3/26/08, but until now there is no e-mail confirmation to when my product will be sent. I even left messages to the number showing in my card and i still have no response. I will only give them till midnight today 4/4 to respond and i will have to dispute the charge to my card. I don't know about you all, but i am very weary of companies not having phone numbers to call for questions.
