Horrible and Rude Customer service

They installation was fine, but now that none of them are closing after a year and a half they could care less about standing by their product. They are charging $300 just for the service call and that's before any of the repairs. It took them weeks to call me back and were rude on the phone. I will be going somewhere else for the repairs.
