Do not purchase services from this company. I was offered a really good deal with them for lazer hair removal services with Pure Med Spa in the Ontario Mills Mall. I got a package deal with multiple areas for $4000 total. I was approved to finance these services through Med Choice with 1 year interest free. I started receiving services and was fairly happy with the results. Then things would come up and treatments would be cancelled and rescheduled for later dates. Different personnel would be used for the treatments, changes in equipment and different settings. Which led to very inconsistent results. I paid for 6 treatments in 2 areas and 8 treatments in 2 areas. I received 5 treatments in 1 area, 4 treatments in another, 3 treatments in another and 5 treatments in the last area. I am still owed 11 treatments total and the company is no where to be found! All numbers are disconnected. The mall has no forwarding info and I have no idea how or where to find them. I am now paying a line of credit, with an automatic $1000 interest tacked on after 1 year when it wasn't 100% paid off, for services I haven't even received. I feel ripped off and don't know what to do. Prior to all of this happening, I was in contact with them regularly trying to reschedule, then they just basically disappeared.
