I went in there for their "9.95" oil change. Upon going to the front desk. The manager right away gave me a frown and a sigh as soon as I presented the coupon to him. When I received my estimate for the oil change, It came out to 15.95. I asked him for an explanation about the 50% increase in price. He then explained that it was due to taxes. Upon further investigating the receipt, I noticed that they had put down 9.95 for parts and 5.95 for labor. Plus $1.00 for taxes. When you go to a grocery store with a coupon, do they charge additional for ringing up your milk and eggs with your coupon??????? This place is shady!! On top of that they wanted to sell me more of their "coupon priced services" such as a transmission flush and tune up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
