Very difficult company to deal with! Purchased a condo from the company and had much trouble getting items in the unit fixed/repaired. From conversations with my fellow homeowners, I found that the sales office promised each of us different things that were never delivered. In my experience, the staff is very inexperienced and has a very limited knowledge of the law.
