He gave me an estimate of $35K. He is not a true contractor and it is ILLEGAL for him to charge more. He did charge me more and left without doing much of what he said. My complaint went to Consumer Protection Agency. If anyone else has similar troubles I was told he will go to jail. The work quality was very bad at my house much had to be redone. I later found out he charged me 3 times what the subcontractors charged him and he never paid them! Please look elsewhere and if you were also ripped off by this guy. I am sorry but report it to the Consumer Protection Agency. He will make references of being a "religious" man or deacon of the church. This is terrible! He never came back and made right many problems he left me with despite charging me double the original estimate. I sent lots of documentation to the Consumer Protection Agency!
