I hired this company to repipe my house in Malibu. They hired another company to do the work. This subcontractor did a very poor job, and tried to bill me additional costs for work that was in the initial work order. In addition, the pipes leaked within 1 week. When I complained to the prime they simply forwarded my complaint to the subcontractor. Naturally, the subcontractor is not listed in the BBB database.
I work in a regulated industry and in my industry, a company dealing with the client is held responsible by Uncle Sam. I guess the plumbing industry is held to a lesser standard. I would advise any potential client of Repipe Specialists Inc. to avoid hiring them or they too could be a victim.
