RYAN, BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES IS A RIP OFF!!!!!

I contracted Ryan, Blake and associates in Oct. 2011 to negotiate a loan modification with my lender. They assured me there was no problem, and they would surely be able to negotiate a new loan. They never contacted the lender. It took me 4 months to catch on the these crooks. Now my home is in danger.
Ryan, Blake and associates riped me off with a "loan modification"
They have taken $1250, what little hope I had in keeping my home, and the last vintage of trust I had in lawyers.
They do not return phone calls, or E-mails
Cale S. will not respond to anything, and Dezmund H. will lie to you, if he even picks up his phone.
Do not trust these people with anything, not even taking out the trash
