I ordered flooring to complete a room for my daughter on 02/21/08 from www.simplefloors.com. They are using a delivery service called RDFS. They sent me an online tracing number to track my order. When placing this number in, it stated the delivery date to be 3-5 business days after 02/25. Yesterday (03/03) was the 5th business day mark. I wouldn't be complaining so much about this, but after contacting RDFS (main line and the St. Louis line)and simplefloors.com, I got nothing fixed or answers given. I simply asked if they knew if I would get my flooring in by the weekend, since I was getting them installed then, and they said "we dont know." I didn't get any answers from anyone and all they said was that they would call me a day prior to delivery to set up an appt for the delivery. The customer service was rude and not helpful at all. They didnt' know any answers. They accused me of expecting the flooring too soon, when the website clearly states 3-5 business days from the 25th. I am expecting what they told! If they had said 1 month, I would be expecting 1 month, not 1 week.
Oh and mind you, St Louis is only 2 hours east of my house. I would be more than willing to go pick it up myself, but no!
