These guys are vultures! I hired this company for a bath and kitchen retile job (they weren't cheap either) and once you sign on the dotted line they try and do a bait and switch number. Once they get a hold of your money they don't want to let go. Meaning, they want to keep it in their pockets and shortchange the paying customer of their desired tile. Don't be fooled by these people, they are not up front with the material selection you get to choose from. The GC brought me low-end tile samples and tried to get me to pick from their 1980's leftovers. I basically had two options -- Ugly and Uglier! They will even try and change your tile design just so they can cut costs and pocket your money for themselves instead of using it for material and labor costs. Bottom line, stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere! I tried posting a review on their website about my distaste but it seems they only post "positive" reviews. Go figure!
