called this company to clean bathroom tile. work was done not to my satisfaction with standing water left in and around adjacent areas. all work had to be looked at by me and was found unsatisfactorily cleaned. i agreed that a redoing of the tile would fix this problem. the company sent out another crew of men but they just argued with me about redoing the work that was not done right the first time. i called owner but when i told him of his workers that did not want to work and just argue with me he said i was complaining too much. i asked him to come look at the problem but he refused. i mentioned calling the better business bureau and he said " would you like the number?" and hung up on me. i would not recommend this company and will make it a point to call the better business first before using a company i have not tried before or recommended to me. today is january 8, 2009
