I have been subject to the same scam this Super Steel Buildings has perpetrated. They sent me a letter on July 12 with $190.00 prorate return on $4534.66 in "deposit fees" and said good luck. I also talked to a Marie and a Greg. Both were always confrontational and never knew anything. All they did was continue to try and get more money in form of a personal check only. As of a week ago when I spoke to Marie on the phone Greg was on a leave of absence and she said oh yes you are on schedule but haven't heard back from the manufacturer on your estimated delivery date. This has been the practice since October of 2009. There has to be some class action we can take. I have a $10,000 floor designed for this building and now I have no building and I am out all this money. Not to mention now I have all the expense of fining another building that meets the specs of this floor. First estimate over $15k So much for this building they had on a shelf that they could add to to meet my needs. Its all BS huge scam.. Where is the Justice.
