My first concern when looking for contractor is the fact that I am single and very well aware that a lot of construction and remodeling companies try to take advantage of single women. Supreme was recommended by a friend of mine. I was very impressed with the work they did for her so I called them out first. The initial phone call went very smooth they were very polite and professional. They came out for a free in home estimate and I met with Rami, the same project manager my friend had. I was very impressed with his courtesy and knowledge. He showed me a bunch of pictures and samples which was very helpful. He left me with a ballpark of the pricing since I couldn't make up my mind on exactly what I wanted. A couple days later I got a call form their customer service department to ask me how the meeting went. Nice touch. It seemed like a fair price and I loved the service but I decided to do my due diligence and have a couple more people come out for a quote. My experience with the other two companies was terrible. The first company wouldn't meet with me due to I wouldn't tell them if I was married or not over the phone. The second came out and just gave me a random price without showing me any samples or measuring anything (I think he figured that since I was single he could get away with that crap. So I had Rami come back out again, this time I had made some choices from the options he gave me. We nailed down a price and came back a couple days later with a 3D design to make sure everything was up to snuff. I decided to make a few minor changes to the layout after seeing the design and Rami was back the next day with the changes. After I ok'd the design materials were order. Once the materials arrived the demo work started. All in all I wasn't without my kitchen more than 3 weeks which is very good considering the changes I was making and the size of the kitchen. I definitely would recommend Supreme to anyone looking to get their kitchen remodeled.
