I called to have a garage door installed on 11/23/2010 in Culver City. Joe Rocha runs a scam, where he comes to give a quote for a garage door,
then asks for a deposit. He immediately cashes the check, then after a few return phone calls, never follows up. Joe/Victor Rocha go by several different iterations, "Garagedoorcompany.net"; classic doors; and a receipt given to me from"GCI". Now I have to sue to try and collect $550.00 dollars.
The newest phone numbers given are (562)965-1608 and (562)292-0684. No phone call is ever returned, let alone between 10-15 minutes.
