Based on my experiences with Toll Free Forwarding, I'm not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from. The times that I have had to contact customer service have been short and painless, and always (well, the two times I had to call) ended
with my questions being answered. I love that all my preferences can be managed from one general "control center." This--in my opinion--is the best feature, since it allows you to do EVERYTHING you may want in one location.
