These guys are major scammers. It doesn't take but 5 minutes with them on the phone to realize its a big game. High pressure, inappropriate questions, shifty. I just wanted a price on a building, not even that picky about size or anything specific and they couldn't do it. Just wore out my ears listening to there BS sales pitch about how they have a few buildings left and only 10 hours left to sell them, can you give a deposit today on the phone...Do you have to ask you wife...Etc etc etc. Honestly I'd put these knuckleheads right up there with the scammers from Nigeria. Can't believe I wasted 20 minutes of my life on these losers.
