Dan Mcclelland, a sales person or so called, was absolutely horrible on the phone. High pressure. Scam artist so it seems. Once I told him I was gong to check into things with the town, etc, he said " I could give two shits if you buy a building from me or not" Then I hing up. Don't deal with a company like this.
