I was LUCKY enough not to get tricked into putting down a deposit with them. Their sales people seemed very shifty and evasive with details, so I told them I would look elsewhere for a pre-fab. Since then I've been getting sleazy, creepy phone calls from these guys everyday - always trying to cut one-in-a-lifetime "deal" with me.
The fact that they keep building a "new" website every other week was kind of a tell.
Do yourself a big favor this year and stay away from US Buildings.
