I bought a car from him and with in two days the AC was emptied of freon. At that point I got suspicious and asked for my money back . two weeks after getting the car the check engine light went on. I also noticed right away that there was air coming into the car when the windows were closed. He told me this was normal. Get back to that in a second. also, the radio was broken and the tires were unsafe after having another mechanic friend take a superficial look at the car. the rims were bent and one of the tires was ripped and a couple were worn beyond 60 percent. I had to fight with him to change all of this. then he took almost two weeks to change the tires and rims so I was with out a car for two weeks. He also then took the car to try and fix this engine light and I would be with out a car. He gave me no records of how he was fixing this warranted item. He also then would tell me that he would not look at it for five days because he had paying customers. He is also a mechanic. the car came back the engine light was turned off by him and after driving it for 60 or so miles, it would come back on. Happened about six times. then he would tell me again to wait five days. then it finally rained and guess what the leak I complained about was there and soaked my car. I told him about it right away and he told me I had to wait five days to get it fixed. He did not fix it right when he fixed it and now I have mold in the car. I have asked him about ten times for my money back, He refuses. then I said, well give me another car. So he told me that he would do his best and not make any money off me on another car. the car I asked for was listed for about 1 k more than the one I bought. He told me that I could have the other car if I gave him $3800. He tried to rip me off. He also threatened at one time to get a restraining order on me merely because I was upset about this whole situation. I had to hire an attorney and he doesnt respond to my attorney. I am going to have to sue him it seems. I would be very careful if you insist on dealing with him. I bought the car under V and S auto which is the name of his dealer. BEWARE. He is a ripoff artist in my book. Did not supply records on warrantee items either. Has been reported to the consumer affairs, and the DMV. Also, I just found out my car has structural damage from and accident He said the car had no structural damage and it is listed on carfax that it does. this is why the windows do not close. CAN YOU SAY FRAUD??????
