We had a really bad experience with Villa. Our home insurance selected them and sent them to our house. The scheduling was a nightmare and they confirmed and did not show up couple times. The technician shows up at 4 pm saying he is already very tired after a long day (that's a customer's problem it seems), he was a novice who spent several hours trying to install a washer dryer and at the end messed it up. He swapped the washer and dryer and then realized the hot/cold water pipes were short.
Here's the best part: the owner over billed us six hundred dollars without telling us that the amount was not covered under insurance and without any authorization from us. He was rude and threatened us to take us to collections.
we'd recommend to be cautious and either avoid them or at least confirm what is covered under insurance vs. what is not upfront so that you do not get into a similar situation.
