Be very careful when dealing with gary the owner of best remodeling. He also goes by Window & Door Gallery. I personally dealt with him on Window replacement job recently and does poor work. He didnt pay the suppliers and now I am being sued by the suppliers after paying him in full. He doesnt show to any legal proceedings and does not respond to any legal notices. He is too busy looking for future victims to scam. Lawyers are after him and I suspect many past customers are looking for him as well. He has been blackballed by the AOA as a - contactor not recommended to be used. I hope this helps any future client considering using Gary Komar in any way shape or form. Simply put he represents the bottom of the barrel in dealing with a contractor.
